Gents, I offer, if there is interest, the Blue Sheep League cup!!! Named after our illustrious prediction league organiser in recognition of years of service. There are 8 teams left so to match, we will need to have a quick qualifying round before the next actual round of games. Depending on numbers, I would randomise a selection to bring us down to eight in time. Then, I would randomise the players for a knockout, where they would predict two games. Usual scoring system and I would have to also devise a tie break if it came up. Any interest, just reply to this thread. I suggest we give it till next Friday to give me time to identify qualifiers and choose a game next weekend to have the qualifying rounds. Obviously, interested parties will reduce as time goes by but it gives another point of interest.
Great idea FFB. You can get advice from the sponsor on scoring as Mr Sheep has a long history of algorithmic solutions for points allocation.
Has he got an algorithmic solution to predict points allocation for City over the next 3 games? I've got some money to invest ........

OK! The draw has been made for the first round as far as we are concerned. One little problem, we have 16 players and the Cup is already at 8 remaining contenders. Thus, I have decided to use the first round of the FA Cup to have another round and get in line. So winners be prepared for a quick turnaround. Teams are expected to filed their best team!!!! Predictions are as usual but in the event of a tie, the winner will be the one who predicts the closet to the time of the first card of any type in the first game they are predicting. Feel free to PM me your predictions or simply drop them on this thread if you trust your opponent. A heads up.......there will be a BS FA Cup at the appropriate time. All league members must enter but there will be a place for Non-League sides as well.......
