Stadium alone would cost more than £30m. The reason they changed hands for the price they did last year was the fact that the business itself was in such dire shape.
if we ever reach that point, the value of the assets (players) would far exceed any golden handshake...
Ha! Terry gets a new boss he'll be like a man reborn, have us up that table like a rat up a drainpipe. Seriously though there's an awful lot of guesswork and assumption gone on in this thread today, all based on HDM regurgitating something from the Turkish press which may or may not be true in whole or in part. Me, I'm just wondering what formation we'll see on Saturday, was Greaves really injured in training this week, and what has to happen for Wilks not to get a start. UTT
No, not really. GEvans goes to pretty much every home and away game but doesn’t bring it up in a dick-measuring contest with supporters who’ve been boycotting due to the Allams.
Come on then…. What are the figures? Or did you have to sign a NDA as you are soo integral to all workings of All hull city deals
Could he or Turkish players deal with the febrile atmosphere whipped up at the MKM by our rabble rousing MC after the calmness of his equivalent at Besiktas though? Gooooood afternooooon West Stand…
Is everybody so desperate for a change of ownership? Sit back, draw breath, give your head a shake and think. 30 million, yea, fair enough, but 20 million add on for promotion? Who pays off the manager that cannot achieve that? Who buys the players to get us in with a sniff? Utter tosh the numbers bandied about. And with the utmost respect to those ITK, do you really think you have the inside track on this? When it is done, it will be done. And well done anybody that can untangle the Allamhouse/ Hull City accounts to work out the financial of the deal. Pah and pfffft
I certainly feel that one or more of them have more of an inside track on this than anyone currently writing stories, either here or in Turkey.
I need a good chuckle my friend, tell me again about the 20 million, reducing year by year bonus for promotion to the promised land.
I got the notification for this so I assume this is directed at me. I don't know because it's conjecture. I don't know what the potential new owners could potentially do that would potentially piss me off enough to not want to go to games, until it happens. Everyone has different principles and beliefs so our new owner could potentially offend anybody with his decisions. I'm not boycotting myself as of right now anyway but Kempton has been consistent in not going to City games for a while now due to the Allams and I respect that. He'll return when they're gone, he's always said that.
Ask Buckingham. That's where the speculation came from. And no-one here has suggested it's anything more than that.
