Extraordinary goings on in the Bologne v Chateauroux game at the moment. Bologne player sent off for two yellow cards after 15 minutes, and now the game has stopped for 10 minutes while the stadium announcer is asking if there is a qualified referee in the stands. Someone has come forward, a lino has taken the whistle, and game underway again.
Some good news - news that pleases me far more than that of multi-million£ transfers, ridiculous salaries and clubs being bought by oil sheikhs, Russian oligarchs or American billionaires. All the best to the club and their fans...
More to the point who would want that job now, a real poisoned chalice and he was sixth or seventh choice anyway I can picture Spurs and Newcastle fighting to the death to get Fat Sam
What is it with these Mickey Mouse Premier clubs sacking managers at the drop of a hat because they are not in the top four
All because they lost to Man U and the fans protested . How dare they .. He was about 8th choice though - never going to last . Looks like they are going back on for Conte - that won’t last long either as he is quite volatile.
It was not the manager they needed to offload but Harry Kane, he is dragging them down to an all time low
Blatter and Platini to face fraud charges. About time too. https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...i-charged-with-in-switzerland-over-2m-payment
Apparently the blue scousers were woeful in the first half on 5Live. Then I thought to myself: why am I listening to this, I despise (all but) both sides and their fans (one lot cos they're a bunch of thugs, the other because they are a bunch of self entitled wum's) and I really don't care once a 0-0 bore draw is off the cards...I Anyway, I'm all for a bit of schadenfreude where they're all concerned.
