As much as I have my heart set on Fonseca I will not complain about Favre, especially if that links up with Rangnick

No issue besides the obvious, that Ashley left us with a poor squad and Bruce took us back to the dark ages: it’s a big job, but it’s not the kind of sleeves up job some would want (Emery, Conte) and the timing was just wrong for Rafa or Jose. Mid season is always a harder time to get someone in. No different with players. And they want to get it right - whoever comes in is t going to be the diff between beating Chelsea and not.

It takes time.. I think these people sit playing championship manager and think you can just click a button

There's **** loads of negotiation and then they have to organise a moving their family to another country.

It's not something that happens overnight
