What is actually special about these things?
I see the players jog about all the time before the games.

I'm not being cynical, just a genuine question.

I went to the last one so glad I did, the one thing I learned was the little one is not ready for football, he spent the whole time playing with the seats flicking them up and down. (nightmare).

    This is a good sign!

I think he's ready to go to Sunderland away next season.

Went last year and it was pretty crap apart from the fact that I met Nolan and Barton afterwards.

Went into Shearers for a meal after the training session and a couple who had travelled up from Southampton to watch it sat beside me and couldn't have talked more highly of NUFC or the Toon in general if they'd tried. Said they were making NUFC their second team.

Loved the area and the people.

To be honest, I thought they'd do something other than just a regular training session. They didn't actually do anything that interesting last time, but it was a good opportunity to see who's good at what. I felt sorry for all the little kids that were there, most of them looked bored rigid. I thought the players could've done a crossbar challenge or turned on the flair a bit for the kid's (and my) sake!

Na, cause that was after :) The actual session was pretty dull

Just waited outside the player entrance/exit as had to wait another two hours for train. Shook Bartons hand and wished him luck for Man U match and got a picture with Nolan :)
