Not suggesting for a minute that everything will grind to a halt, however if things are as close to completion as some think it would be perfectly normal to put things like staff changes (in or out) and buying things on hold.
Yes it is. The Allams have regular meetings on how they can alienate fans, piss them off, inconvenience them, frustrate them and generally **** up the the relationship between the club and the fans. They devote many hours to it each week. They are clueless and thick also.
