Winning games like that is what will get you promoted.

    Nothing to add.

Not at our best yet showed the resilience to come through and win. Given the way they inevitably went about roughing us up and it not being punished correctly by the ref it would have been easy for our lads to lose their discipline but we stuck at it and got ourselves level then went in front. That 25 min spell at the start of the second half it felt as though we could have scored a couple more.

Disappointing with the red card, some would say yellow and some would say red, from LJs post match crack I think they'll appeal against it. Its late but its not reckless to the point of his studs showing or anything.

    3pts, on to Tuesday

Flanagan like Wyke are examples of why I don't slag most players, and a credit to the new regime at the club, especially ones that put an effort in.
    Rodwell was an exceptional example.

I think we'll not only go up with a breeze but have a decent side to compete in the championship.

Assume he's injured like the rest of them. Starting to mount up now........

    Huggins
    Alves
    Evans
    Dajaku
    Broadhead
    Gooch
    McGeady

Wonder if Diamond and/or Hawkes might get recalled (assuming we can do that)

Totally see where your coming from TopCat but have the younguns let us down in the cup games? Sometimes we have looked better. Must admit I would like Huggins, Broadhead and Dajaku back sharpish but I feel the squad is strong enough to see us through.

Top marks to Wakey for sorting out the Conservative Club for drinks and Dave Ashfield for the bait.

It saved us from having to endure Gillingham high street which is really grim. I can't imagine.what it must be like to live there.

Don't disagree. It's so refreshing to see us trusting the kids and seeing what they can do. I don't think any of them will let us down if pressed into action

Exactly mate, good players coming in across the board and good coaching with virtually another team good enough to step in with injuries.

Read Journeyman by Ben Smith. You get a great insight into the world of Steve "****" Evans
