Flying tomorrow back in to England for a couple of weeks to see the family and most importantly to see my grandkids. Don't think will be at any of the games but just knowing I will be in the same country is a good feel good factor :) Hope everyone going to the game enjoys themselves and we get the right result!! Two years since last been.....seems like f*cking a life time......haway the lads

I’m heading over next Saturday, from North Carolina. I’m back for a month and was hoping to see three games but with the internationals it looks like only one game. But you’re right. Family first!!

    For anyone down tomorrow ...

..... Conservative Club. Along the main street from the station in the opposite direction to the ground.

Press the buzzer and say you're with Mr Wakefield’s Party.

Haway the lads. Feels like a big game this.

Blasted away down Pompy and been a while since we had a senior fixture. Get back to winning ways. Get Dan Neil back in the middle and pass these lumps off the park.

I hate being 'out of control' so tend to drive to games, MKD, Portsmouth, so far. But Mrs Smug persuaded me to 'take it easy' today. So I got on the National Express bus at Cheltenham for Victoria. This is now late and I'll miss my train from Victoria to Gillingham. No big deal but the train ticket is only valid for the 11am which means I'll probably have an argument with a conductor, on the following train, that'll end with me telling him to have me arrested <laugh>

Lots of grey sky and a bit of drizzle here in Berkshire and looking similar in Gillingham...

All my tickets have gone but a mate, coming down from Durham, says there's two spare on his train.

Just watched the press conference from the other day.
Loads of talk the young uns and the last couple of games even the Leeds U23 game
Something fundamental is happening at our club
Seems like the whole club from top to bottom is buying into this new philosophy and playing style.
There is a real buzz about the place.
Time for the senior lads to step up and put the Portsmouth game behind us.
I fancy a big performance and a good win today.

My one concern so far this season is our away form so this is a good opportunity for us to get 3 points on the road. Ha’way the lads. 3-1 today.
