if we want to go up we need to find some consistency and very quickly because we’re all over the shop. And if we don’t pick up a lot of points we’ll be chasing the last playoff spot which will be stressful.

ive learnt not to bet against the bookies only to look for where they’ve got the value wrong and they see us as faves at Cambridge. But not at Portsmouth. And I expect they’ll have us as odds against when we’re away which is most of these fixtures. I’m dreading Wycombe away on 1 nov…

Im forming the view that we now have a championship team aside from our defence, given most of the players actually came from that level or, like burns, could do a job there.

and the problem is, an attacking team needs a rock solid defence. I’m not convinced by burgess yet.

im also not convinced by Edwards and I know fans are drooling over him but I’m not sure he’s scored or had an assist yet for all the razzmatazz. Whereas burns is doing Both. Edward’s went completely missing in one recent fixture and did nothing.

so I’m going to hope for 13 points from the 5 fixtures but realistically we might get 6….
