Not from my perspective... would welcome more competition to the Cartel 6 ... but there is no quick fix ... our title win was completely unprecedented... perfect storm ... half nutty manager with a quick mind and a cunning plan and an assorted squad with some quality and a collective ability high above their individual ones ... just don't think money is the cure all and certainly not an immediate one... teams need to be built and that normally takes time.
Can't disagree with any of that. Honestly, if we just actually SOLD our advertising (from next season), channelled our merchandising through the club ( rather than SD), and then had 50m+ per year for transfers targets rather than sub 10m (the average under Ashley) then I'd be happy to live within our means. There's a lot of fans outside the club with zero knowledge of how our club has been run for 14 years suddenly pointing out all our problems as though that isn't exactly what we've been complaining about for over a decade...

Not really, he suggested they’d announce he was off before the weekend and it’d be purely sentimental for the 1000th game thing. By the looks of it there’s no one yet sorted to replace him & so he gets to stay for now. If he wins he’ll be like a dog with 2 dicks in his post match, he’ll be slapping those local journos with his man sausage

He is bad, he's a poor manager but he's been good enough to keep us safe previously. If you look back you'll see i said the same before, during and immediately after the takeover. Keep up at the back mate, my arm gets tired from the spoon feeding.
