This I completely agree with, everyone is terrified of seeing Koren on the wing where he was doing very well earlier in the season, he's only played two games in the midle and yes he's played well but he already was before that. Fans had got it into their heads before he even got moved there that he would be better in CM and that's what they're now determined to think. The reality is he's a good player who can play anywhere across the midfield.

The part that makes it most ridiculous though is that people suggest moving Brady to the left instead. He is a player who is a million times better on the right than on the left. They way he can come inside and cross/shoot form the right and how he beats players on both sides is what makes him so good, if you put him on the left he'd just be any old winger.

    Brady Evans Cairney Koren

I'd have maybe gone with this even if Pusic wasn't injured, he's hardly done anything in two games.

Hes not done a lot, but he hasn't done anything wrong. He did set up Fryatt for his goal vs Cardiff and he does bring balance to the team. Its unlucky for him, because I felt with more confidence as games went on, he could of improved just like Joe Dudgeon has done

Maybe yeah (and I definitely agree about Dudgeon, he has come a long way). I wasn't knocking him, just saying if there was one in the XI I'd drop it'd be him for Cairney, so the injury isn't much of a blow.

Understand what you are saying, but it is a bit of blow because it disturbs the team selection, its difficult to where to put Koren and it suit other player in the team I feel

Thanks for telling me what I think, I wasn't sure before. :emoticon-0112-wonde

We haven't just looked better in the last two games, we've looked a completely different side.

If we move Koren back onto the wing, we'll once again reduce the impact of our most creative player. Cairney is good on the ball, but he's not capable of directing things in the same way that Koren does, for that reason it's Cairney(or A N Other) I'd rather see moved out wide.

I think Koren looks more involved in the middle and it is his favored position which so would prefer to see him there understand about Brady he does look better on the right.
This problem will be easily solved as soon as we have Stewart an Garcia back :)

Agreed Koren is a better player in the middle and put cairney or Mclean out wide

We've looked good with RK in the middle, but we won 3 of the 5 games before the switch and drew the other 2, so it's hardly a bad position to fall back onto.

I remember having a debate with a few on here last season about Koren being wasted on the wing and was told that Koren being a centre midfielder was a myth as he is too weak in the tackle and disappears out of games. Now he's there and he's proving me right can we please leave him there, thanks!
Also, I'm glad some of the posters on here aren't managing our club, if they were I'd be tearing my hair out. We've not lost in 7 and we're playing some cracking football...."lets change the formation". Crazy!

I Would move McLean to the wing in the place of Pusic and Waggy upfront with Matty.

If Pusic wasn't injured I wouldn't change anything, just trying to put a way to keep Koren who is helping play that cracking football by been in the middle stay in the middle

Id prefer Waghorn wasn't on the wing, firstly it would mean Mclean was up front and secondly it would mean Waghorn wasnt up front. I know thats obviously a very literal point, but we'd lose more from having Waghorn on the wing than having him up top and evans/mclean/cairney on the wing.

Do any of you lot know anything at all about football ?

It blindingly obvious what to do but it's all Koren this and Brady that .

Absolutely clueless the lot of you , it's embarrassing to read.

    The solution is simple .

Stick Harper out wide , he'll rip Watford to pieces with his electric pace and dazzling , silky skills ...........I'll get my coat .

I'd approach it like Peter Taylor would. McShane to RB, Rosenior to LB, Dudgeon to LM and Junior Lewis in for Koren.
