Bet the pundits and journalists will have to be guarded in any criticism of the new regime ,dissenters are not tolerated and them and in some cases their families have been known to disappear . Tread carefully my friends !!!
Newcastle's new owners will be pulling out in a few years when the Premier League outlaws be-heading..
According to reports on Saudi TV there is a very upset and annoyed Saudi Prince this morning, he was asked what he would like for his birthday and responded by saying he would like a New Castle and not f**king Newcastle!
What are you doing on our board? Youve been taken over, the Newcastle board should be buzzing now and yous are still coming on here . Obsessed tw#ts!!
I doubt the owners will be seen much. They'll appoint staff, give orders and expect them to be executed ... ... the orders that is, not the staff
Looks like you're on yours Seriously, do people actually say 'period' ... .... I bet you have the box set of Friends don't you.
People that say "period", after making a statement are either American or a complete and utter Kunt. Just saying.
There must be a few spare heads knocking about in Saudi land so it shouldn't be difficult for them to find one.
That's a good point mind. Who would want to touch the job who has any reputation to protect? They'll be hiring and firing every season.
Notice the difference? We get taken over by a billionaire and we celebrate inwardly and reservedly. Mags just infest everywhere proclaiming they will win this and that
love the way a few of them are trying real hard to sound 'not over excited' and sticking with the old 'we just want a team that tries to compete' ...we tried that as did they but we were both pretty dire at it. am i jealous? ...i guess a part of me certainly wishes that some super-rich people had bought us off short while we still had premier status but right now i am more than happy with what we have now, 4 seasons in div 3 kind of forces you to look at things differently, some of these clubs are lucky to be still going, their whole existence depends on 'die hard fans', freebies and the kind of local support that many have forgotten about...while not exactly starting from rock bottom our whole structure is taking a much needed revamp that might stand us well for many years. at some point (and i have thought this for a good while) the bottom is going to fall out of the premier or these tycoons will get bored of their personal game of 'instant fifa' and true competition will return, hopefully giving more opportunity to the current 'smaller clubs' and i would be lying if i said that seeing the 'big clubs' having to drop the leagues would not make me happy.
