That's a pity. Back injury eh? Personal Injury Claim going in against the ref for not calling the game off
Yeah its a shame him and Broadhead are facing a spell on the sidelines. After their performances against Cheltenham i was hoping to see them phased into our first choice starting 11
HA'WAY THE LADS MACKEMS ATTACKEM Promotion obviously is numero uno priority, but as long as we keep playing fringe/youth in the cups and keep winning, I'm happy. I won't be posting my lucky fooking cat on a match thread again ffs, and if we lose the next league game I might even kick the fooker
Fully deserved mind. I doubt he’ll be starting but it’ll be interesting to see where he plays if he does get some minutes. RB surely.
Thats good id rather him be with Ireland than starting a pointless match for us. That callup will give him a huge boost in whats been an amazing start to the season for him.
I actually enjoy these games as there's no pressure and it gives new/fringe/returning players a good opportunity. I can watch without the ridiculous tension of league games so I can concentrate on certain players. Haway the Lads, knock a few in and entertain the troops
I always expect us to win and unlike LJ who isnt blaming the conditions for the trouncing on Saturday I am. If the pitch is playable I want to see a team who will win the game in 90 mins (45 would be better). 1-3 AOB hat trick.
Posted this in the non SAFC games thread but the lineup for the u23s tonight is extremely young and inexperienced. Looks like a fair few of their regulars will be playing tomorrow...
Scully will have a field day tomorrow, this team is terrible away this season away from home, i hope it does not rain !
