    Fish and chips with curry sauce.
    The curry sauce and chips made by me were next level.

    I just dont like gravy apart from on a full roast dinner, on top of that I have to be gluten free so the gravy is never that good these days

    Fair play for cooking it for the girl

    Mate, you should try the curry sauce it's feckin delicious and healthy.

    The top line is two diced onions.
    Fry the chopped carrots and onions until you get the colour you want.
    Add the curry powder and fry that for a few mins, add the flour and do the same.
    Add your stock and the rest of the ingredients aside from the garam masala. Use light soy not dark.
    Stir well and simmer until the carrots are soft enough to blend.
    Add the garam masala, cook for a few mins.
    Blend the **** out of it then stick it back on a simmer so you can thicken with the cornflour to whatever consistency you like.

    Bought. **** was too big, couldn’t get my mouth round it (heard that before), so all fell out. Tasted good though, and can’t really complain for £6

    Reminds me of the sarnies I used to get in New York.

    That’s a decent sarnie for £6. You’ll pay the best part of £4 for a regular boring limp soggy offering from most high st shops anyway and that one looks bangin <ok>
