Hendo's not having a good game in lots of ways - giving it away going forward and not supporting Milner too much. Taking Milner off is a good idea but for who? **** bringing Nico on, he'd get destroyed! Gomez is a terrible RB. Tsimikas?

Nothing wrong with Milner he is suffering from the same overload Trent was treated to thanks to Henderson not tracking back

Pity hes not picking up his own duties and all.

Henderson is like a flogged donkey who wants shooting.

Milner is every day of his age and a liability.

    Fabinho is just half paced.

Mane has switched off and given up for the day now. Not even running any more.

Robertson again wont got out and close anything down.

The only player who's done ok is alisson and even he had a cock up.

Gomez is the only guy with pace. Get him on.

If we can get out of this **** show with a 0-0 itll be feeling like a win.

Tactical change required. Midfield is toast. Milner is totally exposed. Our entire creativity department is injured lol.

That first half should be the wake up call for Fenway to start investing properly in new players to keep up with Man City and Chelsea.

It's always the bloody same story when we play this lot, we have no idea what we're doing. That was a rubbish half. Where's the midfield? And why do we always follow a brilliant performance like the one against Porto with a **** show like this?

All you positive feckers out there !
I realise I am somewhat pessimistic however I am relatively honest and City have bossed us after the first 10-12 mins
Gary Neville is still a prick of the highest order
    His punditry is terrible imho

city’s to win this as things stand

Okay now you are making stuff up. All good being annoyed by the current performance but if there is one team that gives City a headache it is us. Happy to be a 0-0 and having the chance to fix it

JK doesn’t often change formation but we have to try something different. We need to strengthen midfield. Maybe something like 3-5-2 with Konate or Gomez on and stiffening up midfield?

I don't know what you're watching, but all I can see us giving the ball away and we haven't had a single shot on goal

    Just watching those clips,

Milner been told to mark Grealish, so he's looking for Grealish all the time. Problem is Grealish and Foden seem to have swapped and Foden is going in wide round Milner, who is tucking in tight to mark Grealish.

One of the mids, Henderson, need to take Grealish and push Milner out wide to stay with Foden.

Need Firmino on instead of Jota, at least he chases men down. Milner is being skinned as he has no one helping him and he can't handle Foden and Grealish on his own. Gomez on for Milner and Hendo will have to track back more. Mane and Salah have hardly touched the ball in City's half. To quote the Stranglers "Something Better Change"

City have been slightly less ****e than us. Misplaced passes galore. all they've had to do is sit back and watch us self destruct.

I'd really like to know where that team that would run through walls, chase until they where exhausted, not give the opposition a minute have gone.

My Mrs is blaming me as I am drinking wine instead of beer so I am not using my lucky glass. I will now drink wine out of my beer lucky glass for the second half.

Well, we have been saying this for a long time , the squad has not had enough investment and options are limited when we have an off day. Praying for a miracle in the second half

    Yeah
City are a very good side
Both have been quite respectful of each other but we seem to have been thrown by Foden up against Milner
Sort that and we can have some joy
