Boring ain't it! Been spewing the same **** for nearly 18 months now but keeps coming back to repeat himself. Think he and the PL's QC would get on well, they just like to talk round and round on the same point constantly.
It must have gone through if Mike has splashed out on a new shirt. 1st time he's been spotted in anything than a hideous baggy white shirt
Or they are busy shredding paper, deleting emails and covering tracks because they are **** scared. Fact is this **** is now real, it’s in the courts and looks like it’s all coming out. So they would be bonkers to say anything at all.
The small problem is........ that doesn't work when it comes to disclosure. They have to produce the documents and if they don't it is assumed they have lost/damaged/shredded/deleted and that results in one thing and one thing only .............immediate win for the club/sjhl/mike
So what you are saying is that under certain circumstances other clubs can have a say on who owns a rival club?
No, I’m saying as stakeholders, they’d have every right to by unhappy with a state that had been found to have facilitated the theft of their own product.
But there’s two things I’m unsure about here. PIF is not the state and I don’t care what anyone says you can’t claim they are. Has this theft been proven to be stuck to the state? All I am away of is that KSA stopped the broadcasts because of geopolitical broadcasting. I also think that the broadcasting IP issue has since been resolved anyways. So it doesn’t come into play now.
I didn’t mean they had a right to block them, but it seems to be being suggested that merely having an opinion on the Saudis is somehow bent. Has the evidence of them saying anything been produced yet?
