That is the Justin Barnes statement direct to the CAT more or less making it abundantly clear that PIF have not indicated that any deal is on the table if the PL changed their mind or the ARB fell the way of the club. (Yer right Justin) That establishes the loss claim. It also debunks the PL claim that CAT is not needed as if ARB legally falls NUFC way there is no deal on the table anyways. Rendering ARB meaningless!
Encouraging day yesterday, assuming that the verdict actually goes our way. However, there is still the pretty huge obstacle of proving the separation of Saudi state & PIF. How our team will prove that I have no idea, and that's just assuming that Beloff will act fairly on the panel.
