They'll try again soon enough and it'll happen. The government is another snake in this... They gave it the nod and then pretended they were going to stop it imo
I am shocked I really thought they'd follow through... Its like everything else, someone somewhere is getting paid. Look at the fuel crisis. You have all the fuel companies saying there is plenty fuel, plenty drivers, its peoples change in behaviours due to an irresponsible media (we've seen a bit of that over the last 18 months...). Then you see Boris go on national TV and state "the national fuel crisis is easing". **** off you floppy haired ****, they've already told there is no fuel crisis. So whoever is getting paid out of that situation, the government are 100% complicit in it. The same will apply here. Someone at UEFA is once again getting their pockets lined. As @MarvellousMerino states, football is absolutely ****ed. They've fallen prey to the same ****ers making cash out of peoples misery in normal everyday life. No way back and eventually these clubs will get their way. It might be rebranded or a Super League-lite version but it will happen.
