Fans of the Loch Ness Drogba, no doubt. It's brilliant that the press are suddenly starting to take a real interest in us again. I've seen a few articles mentioning Loch Ness Drogba and Winiesta.

Just feels like everything is coming together at last, both on and off the pitch. OaU

Just as there has to be ravens at the Tower of London ...

... there should always be one Scottish player in our team.

Was it definitely concussion though? I know they made a concussion sub, but if he's not actually got it then he can play (I think)

Probably sensible he doesn't, which is a shame because he was MOTM for me on Sat

It's even better when that Scottish player is a real find. Great bit of business imo.

You're right, traditionally we've always had Scots in our team - Doig, Mulhall, Baxter, Malone, Hughes, Kerr, Porterfield, Johnston come immediately to mind! McGeady is a Jock in every sense of the word - he just chose to play for Ireland.

I'd guess it might have been Di Fanti's reign of terror when he filled the squad up from durge from abroad

    http://thestatcat.co.uk/Season.aspx?SeasonID=117

As far as I can tell the linage goes

    1997
    Alex Rae
    Kevin Kyle
    Phil Bardsley
    Liam Bridcutt
    Donald Love
    Chris Maguire
    Ross Stewart

(With many in between, but by the law of conkers......)

The Cheltenham coach arrives at the SOL at 6.15pm. I'll call and see what's what, probably go to the Wheatsheaf for a change ...

.... it's where the coach driver has told the Cheltenham supporters to go.

    1896 - 1904 Sandy McAllister (CH)
    1902 - 1907 Alex Barrie (CH)
    1907 - 1908 Robert Bonthron (RB)
    1908 - 1915 Charlie Thomson (CH)

    War Years 1916 - 1918

    1921 -1925 Jock Paterson (CF)
    1925 - 1929 George Henderson (CH)
    1929 - 1939 Patsy Gallagher (IF)
