    Suggesting we have a chance?

Or life along the Uxbridge Rd.... I suppose you have Westfield if you're into that sort of thing.

Loftus road may be a little more shabby than chic, and you can only sit down if you're under 5ft, and you have to bend your head around poles in your way to see the game, and don't get me started on the choice of beers and food...but but but...I'd take our compact proper stadium, with fans on top of players and corners filled in over any half empty modern crisp bowl generating zero atmosphere.

I love the area too. Got a bit of everything. Great mix of cultures, cuisines and people on the Uxbridge Road. Modern shrine to capitalism in Westfield. Traditional working class communities in white city. Loads of yuppies living in apartments south of the Uxbridge Road as you walk towards Hammersmith and the river and in the redeveloped BBC centre. The uber wealthy just the other side of the roundabout in Holland Park. And the stadium nestled between it all. I'll be gutted when we get some sort of modern stadium on the A40 corridor with nothing next to it.

As for the game - I can't wait. Should be a proper cup tie with two good teams. Good chance for both to go through and I'm hoping home advantage carries us through. Hopefully a full house and decent atmosphere too.

Got my train tickets and accommodation (with a mate) booked. Hopefully get a ticket - got one for Blackpool so hopefully will get one for this too or I'll be contacting Stan Flashman's relatives!

It’ll reach general sale mate. You’ll be fine for a ticket.

Apparently 1800-2500 tickets which I'd hope would make one possible but that old smoky place is attractive for matches!
