Although correct and I agree can I please request that you include some mythical nonsense in the future to ensure the quality of the thread remains low. The purpose of this thread is not actually takeover related but to assess the mental capacity of geordies in the future. Your raising standards and some of us feel inadequate as a result. P.S takeover is non-existent its all about comp for one man.
How I suspect this plays out: 29th Sept - hearing. 29th Sept - 14th Oct - no comment or news. 15th Oct - update on court website detailing upheld defendant claim. 15th Oct - end of time - no comment or news.
Possibly... It's anyone's guess really. I do feel the clubs position might come into play even if the buyers get the go ahead at some point this season. I'd say the odds are against it happening for one of 3 reasons

Just the jurisdictional hearing but I understand that it may be a formality. If Ashley wins the PL won't be able to establish a legal reason for appeal.
