I said on a thread yesterday what was needed.

Demanding sackings is not my thing.

To be honet I don’t think demanding sackings on here would influence anyone getting sacked

... but your posts (like that one I replied to) can be taken to suggest you don't even want new owners

No. No. No everyone knows we don’t need a plan B, we just need to work harder on plan A.
This Tuchel must be a right amateur clown

Maybe not, but I support the club.

I'm not some neutral pundit **** determined to show my credentials as a shrewd analyst of the club's malaise.

Doesn’t make them wrong or right, it’s a place say your opinions, equally sitting on the fence disagreeing with them makes you and ulrika no better and not right or wrong

Is it obvious though Geo? The P.L has turned into a farce and a battle to see who can spend the most money on players and contracts.

Clubs like ours can no longer compete at that level.Great first time round but not for me anymore.

Yes it is obvious in my opinion, as a fan I want to see my team at the top table, playing the best teams and players etc. Seeing my team on motd etc. Whilst I want this I appreciate the pl is becoming out of reach for most clubs financially so understand it might not be possible, I think we should be a competitive championship club

I knew our crowds were poor, but was there really only 1 person in the West Stand?
There he is, walking up those steps to give Assem a piece of his mind.
    Was it someone off here?

Just been watching again some of yesterdays game (yep, masochist). I remembered this post, hence this delayed response. If Ingram really said and thinks that, then it's even more worrying! Our players were marking different Sheff Utd players during the game (and no, not related to subs or corners from different sides).
That aside, watching the replays yet again, it still takes some believing how **** and ridiculous our defending was from corners and set pieces at times. Nothing short of laughable (except it really isn't funny).

Ingram did say it and maybe part of the problem is that he was not more angry about it.

What is GM supposed to say when his players do not follow explicit instructions?

    'Selby blade' writes:

'it was one of ours who ran into the away end and decked one of theirs, I’d say it’s pretty much a nailed on certainty there will be banning irders" writes it like he pronounces it I see. Both sets of fans didn't shower them selves in glory at the match. The throwing of stuff from some Blades fans was disgusting and the ridiculous Hull fans really showed up their club and already struggling city. I had the unfortunate experience of having to go to Hull Royal Infirmary the day before and it brought home just how far behind Hull has fallen. The club is returning to its natural position (prior to the plonked stadium) which is the bottom two divisions. The purple patch due to two lucky breaks (the stadium and then Allam) is fading and they are having to rely on their rugby league loving town's fan base with no conurbation or any prospect of investment in the near future. There are some rumours of a Turkish "investor" but these rumours are always peddled to give hop to keep the fans coming.
In one way I feel a little sorry for them, but very few teams get as lucky as they did once never mind twice, from a nowhere club to Premier league on two occasions. There's no way they can achieve that again purely on the fan base so they are going to have to accept a long period in the lower divisions.'

Oh dear, someone sprinkle some chip spice on his shoulder <laugh>

I'm assuming he doesn't ask them also to stroll around, press play with some intensity and in doing so put the opposition off their game so they all don't look like Real Madrid against us. We were abject yesterday

I think Selby blade was watching the moment on tv in reverse!
As for this about us taking our natural place in the lower divisions - he must be like a lot of 40-50 year olds in this town and in the media who were not around in the 60’s and early seventies - who constantly refer to us as a rugby town because that’s what their age group saw. It really gets to me about this ignorance . Why is there so much absolute arrogance from so many fans of ‘old’ clubs that will never be up there again. I worked in Sheffield for ten years and all they wanted at Bramall Lane was the team to play their way ‘ get into them give em a good kicking’ that how we play !! Well Trevor Hockey might have , but footballs changed - their fans haven’t . As for Hull being behind , I sold to lots of companies there and they are so behind in so many ways - old fashioned is not the word , they had a Mrs Overall wander past me in reception in so many companies -
