The intelligent comment I was referring to was Andrew Neil's. So far as Farage is concerned, I see him as a 90 percenter. I agree with 90% of his views, but feel he goes over the top 10% of the time. Another of his comments that made my cringe was ten years ago, his personal insults to the EU President at the time, Herman van Rompuy. There was no need for it. Farage is proving to a good TV broadcaster with deep political knowledge and natural interviewing skills. But sometimes, he needs to wind his neck in.
Hmmmm but they’re not actually removing it completely though from what I read….just taking that element out of the ‘on the road’ test and getting that done later by a third party ‘off road’. It was always done off road anyway First part of the test Even if you failed the reversing part you had to complete the test then get back to be told you had failed
