Indeed, Surlyc, and a full team performance, including the subs.

Well, it's matchday 4 already, with Hull visiting the Cottage @3pm, commentary by GJ on FFCTV.
Hull have a great away record and last won 4-1 at Preston NE, so will be a difficult game, we need to be on top form.
Our midfield choice will be interesting, I hope Zambo comes in as a mark of him staying with us this season. I'm not seeing too many other changes, but we do have a lot of choices, which bodes well. We may see Muniz on the bench, lets hope so.

We seem to have found the right mix and the team looks strong and has depth. Nothing builds confidence like winning let's hope it continues. COYW!

Good performance all round by all players, but I made Onomah my MOTM.
Bit worrying on the injury front, didn't look to good for Tim Ream when he went down, very close to where I was sitting, he seemed in a lot of pain, looked like a rib injury with the way he fell awkwardly pushed by the Hull player in the back. Tete, I didn't even see him go off until it was announced that Bobby CDR was on, but that's been said to be more serious leg muscle injury. But Both Mawson and BDCR both slotted in seamlessly. Carvalho seemed to go over on his ankle in the second half after a late tackle, he seems to be a target for the opposition.
First half was really good passing and shooting could have scored more. Second half was a bit disappointing but Fulham controlled the game and Hull had only rare chances while Fulham wasted a few.
Mitro's got to watch himself, there is bound to be a Ref who will give him a Red for his aggression or 'off the ball' challenges.
    It's been a good start.

We ducked out of the last game, but for the record, a 2-0 win at Brum in the cup, with just 10 team changes. Leeds at home next round.
A very important game in the EFL tomorrow, Sat 28th Aug. Home to Stoke City who are also unbeaten and on 10pts.
Harry Wilson is available following hid 3 match ban, and likely to start.
Reammmmmmmmmmmmm, is fit, also young Carvalho after their knocks against Hull. Harrison is also now in contention, returning from injury.
Maybe Bryan will drop in at RB, although we have Sess or Cristie?
Selection is getting difficult to call, to be fair...............

I expect it will be Odoi, given Silva's comments on Christie & Sessegnon today:

“The situation with Kenny has opened a gap we are trying to cover. We have Denis [Odoi], and we believe in Denis, but he is a different profile as a right back... Christie knows already my plans. He will not be involved. He’s our player, but he’s trying to sort his future. About Sessegnon, it’s a different situation. He’s a young player, we can keep him to work with him.”

I'd start Rodak, play BDR on the left and continue with Seri/Onomah in the middle: Rodak; Odoi, Tosin, Ream, Robinson; Seri, Onomah; Wilson, Carvalho, Decordova-Reid; Mitrovic. However I expect Gazzaniga will start and possibly Reed in place of Seri as well.

I'd forgotten Dennis, it shows the real depth of our squad or just my poor memory..............

Another accomplished performance from start to (almost) finish. I think 3-0 flattered Stoke slightly, but Mitrovic is weirdly poor at penalties.

Odoi, Ream, Robinson, Seri, Onomah, Wilson, Decordova-Reid and Mitrovic all had very good games.

Great win today.Stoke are a good Championship side - the sort of physical side we need to beat - and we gave them a thrashing today. Looking good at the moment - but it wouldn't be Fulham if you still weren't a bit worried!

A strong performance all round. with the defence snuffing out any threat from a strong Stoke side.
Think Mitro had to have a bit more savvie at the penalty. The young keeper had made a number of full length saves to his left and was always going to dive so may be a shot down the middle should have been the option this time.
Let's hope the team can continue the form after the International break. It's been enjoyable so far. I suspect our opponents managers will be dissecting our play over the next few weeks to try and come up with a plan to stop our passing game.

Well we are back from the international break, and off to the seaside in Blackpool.
3pm ko, and hopefully we stay on our wave of recent success............
We have some injury concerns, and some new faces coming in, plus late returns from our international exploits.
Team selection is therefore uncertain, so I'll not take a guess.
Fingers crossed we have a good result, and our travelling fans have a great night in Blackpool!

I would not be surprised to see Bryan, Mawson & Kebano all get outings today. The big question mark is Mitrovic and who would play if he needs a week to recover. Stansfield? Muniz? BDR?

My predicted team: Gazzaniga; Odoi, Tosin, Mawson, Bryan; Seri, Onomah, Carvalho; Kebano, BDR, Mitrovic.

A really slack performance against Blackpool with no one really making any impact to worry the Blackpool.
Let's hope we get back on track against a rejuvenated Birmingham in midweek and then onto Reading at Home.

We always seem to be a bit off after the international break. Hopefully things will improve this week

Tonight's challenge is up here in the midlands against Birmingham, 19:45 and live on Sky.
After our defect against Blackpool, no doubt effected by the international break, it will be full steam ahead. I think Wilson and Carvalho will be back, Harry is said to be fine, Fabio still has a toe problem but may well be ok. It will be a tough game against an in form Birmingham side, but one we can win.

Oi Oi Oi Denis Odoi - Oi Oi Oi Denis Odoi - reminiscent of the Derby play-off goal.
Back on track with a good performance.

Need to be clinical again against Reading and be ruthless in front of goal. Reading have some good players so mustn't allow them to settle and need to get at their defence early and put away a few shots to knock their confidence.

Indeed, SBMcB, Reading have been scoring freely of late and their tails are up. An early goal for us at the Cottage, the fans in high spirits would be the way to go.
Reed and Carvalho both doubtful for today, but with our squad we should cope and bring the points home.
