My Spurs supporting mate is really impressed with the current premier league table. I am trying to work out why.

Palace look pretty well organised tbf to them. Got a goalscorer seemingly too now.

That’s a knee jerk reaction surely. Scoring against 10 men. Who were potentially trying to push for an equaliser (don’t know - not watching)

He has scored goals in Scotland. Who was the last big goal scorer from there who translated that into England? Miller and Hooper certainly didn’t . And arguably the Scottish league was closer the the Premier League in quality then than now

 

Which is a problem for us. As they are one of the few below us with the bookies. Another are Brentford who also seem to much more solid and competent than us
