Indeed, one falls at the last with the race at her mercy and Nass backed the other one. Doesn’t get much worse than that.
Well my selection never went a yard – clearly fitting the blinkers did not work – but the resulting race did give the impression it was a Group 1 race in name only as there is barely a form line that I can see to make the form stand up. That may be the general problem this year. The Classic generation are mediocre, except for a couple of exceptions, so the older generations are the ones to look at in the all-aged races.
