Someone over the road has posted that if you look at the five teams we’ve played so far, the results in their other games (not including our game) is won 13 drawn 9 and lost 1. I haven’t checked this but it suggests we’ve had a tough start. And we have a top of the league showdown next week. And we have lots of classy new players.
There were people warning we had a very difficult start and that we might start poorly. I don't know where they've gone but it seems they were right about the first part, wrong about the second. Momentum and confidence can't be bought or coached but once you have both it makes a big difference ... ... they're hard to gain and easy to lose, we just need to believe and we'll beat most of these teams.

Aye, a draw or a Bolton win will do. Be wonderful if we could stay top for the rest of this season. I am delighted with the ownership, doubt we'd get anywhere near the top two with the comedy twins still running da ship. I reckon this is the toughest this league has been for a long time, it's going to be a dogfight from top to bottom.
