O'Shea was behaving like a proper nob, Ronaldo should have headbutted him into the net

We should keep Rodrigo until he's no longer able to do it at the top level, he'll come good like Pablo did. That way we'll get value from the signing and sometimes a player's best years are his early and mid 30's.

Also, as mentioned last season the signing of Rodrigo laid down a marker to everyone that Leeds were a serious club on their return to the PL. That was really important and I'm sure had an impact on getting the other quality additions to the club that summer.

I remember Paddy Bamford being asked by the YEP what he thought of Rodrigo’s arrival. He said Jeez he is a class above….. the way he moves, the way he strokes the ball around and his finishIng, I have a lot to learn.

In a different way the signing of Dan James will have given the whole squad a massive boost.

    Just what we needed.

That's why I'd like to see him still with us beyond his current contract...class is permanent.

There were two knobs, the ref and ronaldo. Should never of been a peno. Another weak ref. The ref should have at least looked at VAR and booked the two players involved. If an Irish player or Leeds Utd player had done that, he'd have been sent off.<ok>

my thoughts on rodrigo are he is a good player and put some nice passes in.other players like raph need to make more of them.raph tries that cut in and shot a lot and Bamford was screaming for a cutback but no he went for glory.
Rodrigo is a great player and a huge improvment on what we had.dont forget Bamford has had to improve to keep him out.who would you rather have in a one on one situation as i would back rodrigo every time.last player i thought of like that was beckford.as for fast eddie he is not a ball player and not a patch on bamford or rodrigo.
we say the squad is too small and when we have a spare a waste of money.yes i thought his fee was way too high but james is near and prices for quality are high.

Patrick Bamford first heard it at St Mary’s Stadium late last season, presumably from Leeds United fans there in an unofficial capacity.

FIRST AIRING - Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford first heard the England chant last season at Southampton. Pic: Getty

They get where water can’t, the Whites, and although away fans were not supposed to be present, Bamford was aware of their presence in the penultimate game of a campaign played almost entirely behind closed doors.

He heard it again on Sunday, in fact he couldn’t miss it because this time it came from a few thousand Whites, packing the away end quite legitimately in the brave new restriction-free world at Turf Moor, where he had just poked in a late equaliser to deny his former club Burnley three points.

    “England’s number nine, England’s, England’s number nine.”

They get where water can't

Obviously a replacement for Messi, so can we just let Bielsa deal with things for a month or so and if Rodrigo still hasn't sparked I will go get a taxi

Probably utter bollox as they had to let griezman go on the last day because they couldn't afford his wages, never mind messi.
Shako can spend more on a weekend's ale than they could spend on a player.

Barcelona deffo cannot afford Shaks bar bill, but not stopping them trying it on with a big loan fee and a buy next season like they've done all summer. The Rodrigo story is now in half a dozen clickbait publications. Shaks should see if they will loan him a bar, a stool and a big schooner

I wonder for what fee. I’ve got to admit, I’d have bitten their hand off if anywhere near what we paid, Gelhardt cover for Bamford, we’ve still got Roberts, we could have used the cash and brought a seriously good midfielder
