2-0 for me - Hendo and Simpson.

Let's not forget same fixture few years back. Reporter from S*n got back page headlines with 'Nazi chants at Den of hate'. Stupid t**t confused 'Seagull' chant with 'Sieg Heil' and BHAFC fans pointing down to the pitch with right arms outstretched with ....a more notorious group from the 30's.

If it wasn't so funny, it would be nasty.

Let's not give any of the press any excuses.

not good now we cant even win at home , let alone away .... 2 points dropped and again missing chances up front , hope batt can turn us around but coming back from a serious injury is a big ask , too many mediocre loan signings , just hope mcquoid starts living up to his billing and starts scoring regulary and not the odd spectacular goal..... ps cant see us beating leicester either !!.

not a terrible result, but in brighton's current form would have hoped for three points. whats concerning me more is why the hell was bouazza not even on the bench? him and jimmy have been our best performers this year, and this howard chap has come in and instantly been put into the starting XI
also, no dedicated right back even though dunney's fit and on the bench?

just dont understand KJ sometimes this season!

Can't see McQuoid starting to score regularly if he can't even get in the 16 man squad for a game. I know he's been recovering from a virus but he wasn't in the squad before he was ill and now he's fit again he still can't even get on the bench. I don't know why KJ paid £550,000 for him as he doesn't seem to rate him. See Le Fondre score twice for Reading tonight. That's 4 he's scored since he signed for them!

I agree with you on Bouazza - though he didn't have a great reserve game v Addicks. Howard is at least vocal - with no TC and Framps and with Robbo always very quiet, someone needs to be shouting the odds in midfield. Fordey shouts - but no-one understands him! and he's - hopefully - a long way back from the action. I think KJ HAs to experiment. His cards are limited and he has to keep shuffling. Sadly it was a Tam error that allowed the goal - usually Mr Dependable.

I couldn't see why he didn't bid for LeFondre - think it was £250k but maybe didn't want another 'McQuoid'? Thing is, the fans said that McQuoid had a lot of taps in and didn't rate him too much from what I read. Still, in the past now but if the money wasn't there for LeFondre then we are screwed.

I can't comment on Le Fondre's performance as a whole but surely nobody who has watched the many clips available could doubt for a second that the bloke is a natural goal-scorer with an instinct for finding space and being at the right place at the right time. And that, at any level of the game, is invaluable.

Meanwhile however, there were encouraging signs last night. The penalty decision was a bizarre joke and with any luck at all we should have been two or three up at halftime. And there was a general improvement in our passing - although we still aren't fluent enough. How Poyet reckoned they were far better than us - except for the period just before Jay's goal is beyond me. Unless of course his control of the English language was letting him down.

Nevertheless we can't keep on blaming ill-luck! There's a lack of outstanding players in our team - they are all just about adequate (with a couple of exceptions, notably at full-back) but most of the teams we play against have one or two blokes who can turn a match and until Jay's goal last night we have lacked that.
