The situation is back to hoping nufc stay up and that nufc actually win the right to sell the club to the consortium There's really no need for the negativity surrounding the latter imo because in truth that means there's hope... Hope is all we've got in that front and we know it's closer and more realistic than finding another buyer out of thin air. Even if another buyer miraculously pops up people need to consider that the buying process from interest to ownership is around 12 months long anyway, so what we've got already is better than that. It's been torture, but what I've just said is the truth, so there's reason to be postitive because we actually have a buyer that's 6 to 12 months away from ownership regardless of how long its taken so far. The club staying up is the real concern right now imo. 1.Nufc could go down 2.Nufc could lose the case None of that has actually happened has it?
Because relegation is, at this stage, near enough a certainty. Wilson out for 4 weeks. I reckon he'll have at least one more injury this season ruling him out for at least another 4 weeks ASM will get at least one injury which will have him out for at least 4 weeks.
This is our only hope essentially lads, it's real and it's potentially going to happen. It might not seem ideal, but it's better than there being not one sniff of a takeover
I don't agree tbh.. I think we've got enough to win games... If they pick up 4 to 6 points from the next 3 that'll change the look of things It's only 4 months until January
Manchester United on Ronaldo come back? Nil points Home to Leeds. Toxic atmosphere possibly? They will destroy us like last season as Bruce doesn't do tactics. Nil points Away to Watford. Funny team. We could lose comfortably or we could win emphatically. On the other hand it could be a dull scoreless draw.
I reasonably predict 3 points out of them three games. Which means played 6 won 1 drawn 1 lost 4. Thats relegation form.
We had form over longer periods worse than that the last 4 seasons. It's only 3 games mate. I'd say the games vs Leeds and Watford will give us a better idea. A couple of wins this early will see us in mid table or higher
Zero points from those games. My mate Baz just asked if I wanted his ST for Leeds... it's my B day weekend so I declined. I'm so certain of the hammering we'll take I don't want to spoilt it by paying for the privilege of feeling ****e watching that fat **** stand in the dugout directing demotivated players and then trotting out the same bullshit excuses. Have we ever heard Bruce simply say, after a defeat 'we we're good enough and deserved nothing. I take full responsibility.' ? I'm not sure he's ever done that.. ever. Other classy managers do. Bobby used to do that a lot.
