Might as well give Origi a new contract as well.

Wonder if it’s because no one has come in for him properly so protecting his value. Would have had 6 months left in January so wouldn’t have been worth anything.

I think they’re just getting Milner signed up to a 5 year deal before turning their attention to him…..he’ll be on an Everton goal bonus, obviously.

I think he'll go out on loan with the view of selling him next year.

You know FSG are in charge of the club.

Klopp and co could want a whole host of players but if FSG say no, then its a no. They hold the purse strings

And to counter your argument, no one has said they don't trust the coaching staff. The issue is with those in who run/own the club

Kante picks up a slight ankle knock.

No problem. Oil money gets saul his desired move just as cover.

Saul to Chelsea on loan with option to buy. Seems pointless one but fair enough. Add him to the other 10 midfielders they have lol.

Mbappe going no where, wonder if it’s pretty much done deal for madrid on Pre contract in jan or if one or two other clubs might try their luck. Be disappointing if we didn’t at least register an interest.

They dont care. Money no object for Chelsea. Cover for kante. that is it.

Mbappe deal will have a twist or two yet. PSG will either break him or offer him a mil a week or something.

Fun fact. The longest bench in the world is located at Stamford Bridge.

    FFP no object either.

Citeh broke it, all you have to do is stall long enough to "lose" documents

But Chelsea have cashed in Big from their academy. There is some impressive player trading from them. That stockpile of kids has paid off.

It's like the stock market. If you have the spare cash to gamble on stocks, there's a lot of money to be made.

Chelsea has the unlimited funds to buy all the young kids to sell on later.

Yup they brought **** load before ffp was introduced and then 5 years later when they sell them on for 5-10m each it’s just pure profit in terms of ffp. Very clever of them tbf whether they did it deliberately or not, it worked out well

If we want to be even slightly fair to Chelsea we would say they have done much better than city as the underage academy product.

A lot of the players are kind of genuine products rather than poaching kids left and right.

They have had that bit longer at it though.

They are balancing the books selling of crap that was never good enough though so it all looks good enough.
