Ah - basically says "he cannot travel due to the issues of Government rules when they return" I wonder if he has thought I've just got into the team and don't want to lose it by missing more games. Was he first choice for Chile and would miss some of their games harm his chances in the future? Whereas players from Argentina probably think if they don't go they might lose their spot like the Villa keeper Martinez.
Boo. FIFA trying to get Sierralta banned ! https://www.latercera.com/la-tercer...vieran-en-la-roja/OV2O2KR5JVASBGMA4SMNTL4YCY/
please log in to view this image So according to this we still have two available places that could be filled by U23's or a couple of out of contract players.
I think we're a bit light on suitable U23 players at the moment. Possibly Kane Critchlow, although he may need to bulk up a bit.
Interesting. Indian Premier League side, formerly known as Delhi Dynamos. I wonder if they have a decent right back we could borrow?

If the players went there would be 10 days quarantine either in an hotel here or in a green country. By staying here they stay most likely safe and are banned for 5 days only. Jimenez v Sierralta are the players affected for that one game so equal punishment for the two clubs.
Pontus Dahlberg came on as sub for Sweden in the 93rd minute of their 94 minute match tonight. Hardly seemed worth the hassle ..

This is the first time I've seen figures quoted re Success's transfer to Udinese - that's one hell of a loss we took... http://sportwitness.co.uk/watford-m...g-exit-spoke-former-hornets-players-new-club/
I don't think it's right that they get any punishment at all. https://www.afcwimbledon.co.uk/news...ovides-attacking-boost-ahead-of-oxford-clash/ Our loanee at Wimbledon, Dapo Mebude, was selected for the Scotland U21 squad to play a Euro U21 qualification match in Turkey next week. He decided by himself not to go because Turkey is a 'red list' destination - yet there doesn't appear to be any threat of sanctions. Lack of consistency?
