You saying she needs taking care of? I might actually be in the UK next weekend for the first time since Christmas 2019. I'll bring an empty suitcase with me.

Thought we needed to take the W yesterday, especially given the advantage we had. Title race will be tight this year and we’ve dropped points at home to a strong rival there, so quite disappointing really and Chelsea will be pleased they escaped.

Still, early days and our performances and overall game have been encouraging, the fitness (mostly), energy and desire are all there

Don’t know if you’ll make it through airport security with those basement tools in it on the way here and a person stuffed in on the way back

Regardless of whether it was a harsh red card or not, we were handed a golden opportunity on a plate to take the three points and we failed to do it. We just don't seem to learn how to take our chances and finish teams off and it continues to be our downfall. It's ****ing annoying. The only plus side is we didn't lose, but it feels like points dropped. I suppose Chelsea did what they had to do, though most of it was time-wasting tactics. State of them celebrating a draw.

As for Lukaku, we had him under control.

I have rewatched the game with no pressure and what is clear is Liverpool is still an elite team. Chelsea came to steal a win and were very negative in my opinion. For all the talent they have, they made it clear they will not take the game to us. Top teams do not back down but they are ellite at defending I will give them that.

What was clear is the midfield which is a key component of how a team plays has not played together hence why we struggled to breakdown Chelsea once they lost a man. Henderson best covers Trent better than most and I believe him playing on the left didnt help. We still have sometime to work out the midfield combinations as that will open up opportunities for the front players. I have been against signing players for the sake of it but we need another player to give Mane competition as I believe his standards set are slipping.

Yes henderson on left side was unfamiliar and awkward.

I agree on Mane. I said yesterday I saw nothing I had not for 2.something seasons. He was on his heels and balls went past him. No reaction, no anticipation.

Trent was awful. He has to get this out of his head that he can be an extra no 10 as thats only alright on the break moving into a space. You simply cannot stand stock still right in the centre of the pitch as our only right wing outlet. He kill our width.

My view is simple. We have no plan b still. Against 10 men defending we could have pinned Alonso back with trent and all that good stuff. But most of all we played in front of them again.

Theres a consistent theme of slow passing allowing teams get set and then pay in front until someone throws a pointless cross from deep or has a shot finally form range.

Just grateful they took off Havertz and not Lukaku. Lukaku has one trick and, by-and-large, was contained well by Virgil and Matip (apart from one turn and run in the first half). I thought Havertz and Mount, on the break with the right first time passes, were shredding us and exposing Trent in particular.

Lots of valid observations on here. Bottom line though, we have a very limited squad and no plan B. We have not invested in the type of player to open up tight defences and many buses will be parked at Anfield this season

Yeah but most of the time it's ok cos trent wont panic like Gerrard v Chelsea in 2013/14 and will do his job.

Chelsea are an elite bus parking unit full of divers and dark art merchants.

I mean who else could get away with asking for a drink while taking 2mins over a throw in

The squad is ok its all the same so no plan b for me is the issue.

Naby Keita’s agent: “It’s really hard for me to understand Klopp, you have to be him to put Naby Keita on the bench right now in his form. Your super coach is solely responsible for this draw against Chelsea.”

That's one way of trying to **** your client over!

His client was only decent in the first two games. He simply doesn't have the engine like elliott does. Elliott in fairness pressed all game with high levels of work and desire.

Keita can dribble and has a level and is good but he is just not going to make any difference in that game.

We needed width and to get behind them and pick out strikers.

We had no width, no getting behind and frankly 3 wide forwards and no striker.

There are reasons and arguments for all scenarios but none if them really matter, his agent should keep his gob shut. It's not only unnecessary attention for his client and rubbing his manager up the wrong way, but also very disrespectful to Keita's teammates too.

We can argue about individual players but the big worry is where have Klopp's mentality monsters gone? We know we don't have the resources or the squad that some teams have so if we lose this as well we are done for.

Pair of clowns, if Keita had contributed anything vital to the club they may have a case but it would still be toolish. I mean, Origi has had more influence on this team than Keita's had yet. They're just embarrassing themselves
