That is shocking. Pathetic performance. Players just coasted through the game and bar 10 minutes at start of second half we were atrocious. no urgency. No invention. No one taking any responsibility. Just all stood there and hoped something would happen.
Chelsea parked the bus and had the players for it. However, Klopp kept his changes for too long as it was already stale at 60 mins. I was more disapointed in Trent than most as I wasnt even sure what he was playing at. I think as soon as Chelsea went down to 10 the subs should have been more technical players in Keita and Thiago at 60 mins
Esp trent. Not a no 10. Dont make it so easy for them. You play wide so be wide. They had to defend only half the pitch there. Mane was absolutely pants second half. On his heels totally. Jota needs new boots as he couldnt stay on his feet. Like come on. Anyway. The most important thing is we didnt lose. Others would have put 5 past this lot but we simply dont have a hee haw or wingers to cross so we have to actually stretch teams.

Must say, thought Lukaku was pretty poor. Even with 11 men was fairly easily contained. Then in the 2nd really struggled to hold up the ball when needed, Alonso and Mount were the ones doing the most for Chelsea high up.
Lucky was hilariously bad. That was a shocker from him first half and second have he was out ran by Matip. To pay 100mil for a guy who messed up twice when half in and who lived in vvd pocket is astonishing. Finally havertz. Give him thatt header 100 times he doesn't score it again.
We have the wingers in Trent and Robbo but they were more interested in staying narrow rather than stretching the play
Ah well mate, we were the better team before the sending off so if Chelsea are favourites for the league, they’ve just learnt otherwise.
Problem is this season taa has clearly been told to come inside and dictate play from There and let Salah Elliott be wide. But when down to 10 men, we needed Trent running behind Salah to get to the line. Either drag the defender with him so Salah can come inside or Salah can play him in abs we can cross from the line with cut backs. Was so poor from everyone in that second half. Was similar to when we went on that poor spell last year where we didn’t know how to break teams down.
