I think he was really unlucky there because he had actually just put in an excellent interception and we had managed their counterattack well, but pinball in the box and no-one is sharper than Vardy at anticipating.

Ok so obviously a horror show for a first goal, but I actually think with McClean sweeping we have defended much more solidly and actually look like anticipating counterattacks, runners etc better. There have been moments of heart in mouth, but this is actually much better. And their goal really just was Brandon Williams nerves - he’s looked better since then apart from one moment where he got turned inside out by Albrighton. Need to stop Gilmour and Gibson dallying in the ball for so long though, as we are the architects of our own downfall here.
