Not sure he will get booed. He didn’t do anything here to be anything more than a passing thought. Didn’t even know he’d signed for them personally.
He wont get booed unless he deserves it on the day, certainly not for his time here, he always put a shift in, often without much support.
27500 sold plus away and corporate. According to someone on RTG who seems to have knocked up an automatic count of the E ticket site https://safcticketing20210825130509.azurewebsites.net/api/tickets Hurts you're eyes at first glance mind. But is actually very clever.
Great thread again @RTB We are definitely a work in progress but massively heading in the right direction Actually looking forward to the games again now. Will be a different game from the last few Blackpool, Wimbledon and MKDons all attempt to play a passing game. Wycombe on the other hand should be done for crimes against football. Actually think this may play right into our hands. Our passing and movement is miles better this year and if the defense can cope with the physical and aerial threat think we will be OK Wouldn't be surprised to see 3 centre halfs 4-1 to the lads KTF
Need a strong Ref to stop their shenanigans from minute one. We've enough to see these off with our confidence sky high. Pick the right eleven LJ and watch the bandwagon roll on.HTL
I'm stuck with it. went 4-1 for all home games so far so reluctant to change superstitious old bugger. Saying than mind. I actually think we can do these this weekend. Things are starting to click and if we can cope with their bullying and aerial threat 4-1 would be a real statement
lets hope we get a whip and wellies ref who's is willing to punish their cheating, failing that put a couple of Norman Hunter types on to give them a good kicking for a change, and sub them when they get a yellow..
Hopefully Burton will drop points tonight at home to Cheltenham. Wigan play Portsmouth, where a draw would be nice, and there are other games which could benefit us. A win against Wycombe could really free us from the mental shackles that have held us back ... ... we have enough energy and confidence to be able to wipe the floor with them, weak referee permitting.
Burton have been very lucky, only a handful of goal attempts each game ... ... they've done well but that's unsustainable. The match is on SKY if anyone's interested.
I would love to see us get an early goal, then they can break the play up as much as they want. They'll try all sorts to disrupt our rhythm, we just need to pass the ball round them and tire them out. This will be a war of attrition and I expect LJ to make good use of his bench. If we play our game instead of getting sucked in to theirs we'll win and I'm very confident that we will. Another 2-1 will do for me!
