Fair enough, I just don't see him at that standard and think he feels comfortable where he is ... ... I think he'll do a 'Le Tissier' and stay at Spurs. He's 28, hasn't won a major honour and may never.
Lewandowski I think is a better number 9 personally. I also think Haland is better. I like Kane but dont think he is at that level.
Haaland is a different kind of player, but he’s going to be better. As an out and out striker Kane is marginally better right now I’d say. Lewandowski is a pure finisher but doesn’t do the work Kane does. Let’s be honest, all 3 are pretty ****ing tasty.
Well we did sign him https://trainingground.guru/articles/james-young-the-role-of-data-in-sunderlands-brave-new-world
Funny, I see the exact opposite mate. I thought Utd would be the perfect fit the way they play. I couldn't see him at city with all that pfaffing around before the ball gets played forward. Basically a more direct Utd would benefit him, IMO.
The sheer amount of chances City make in a game is crazy though. If you think Jesus, who is really average gets a decent number of goals and his positional sense is appealing, Kane would nag hatfuls.
If Kane joined Chitty, with De Bruyne Grealish and Sterling ( to name but 3) laying on chances for him...he would score loads of goals. Undoubtedly he is a world class striker, just below the Messi, Ronaldo level.
who does that? I hope you name them to the mods. Folk need to keep it on here via the forum or pm, or just **** right off
Reckon we’ll be looking for a couple of permanents so we have a bit of slack for loans to cover injuries in January
I'd say we're juggling half a dozen balls, at the moment, of which I'd feel confident at least two will come off. Some of them are awaiting decisions from the player, like the ex-Everton keeper who apparently Pickford recommended, Jack McIntyre. Plus Jebbison who'll probably move on the last day. Others are dependent on our own players leaving, Grigg and Wright, but they're so up in the air that anything could happen. There's also the possibility, of course, of a surprise and someone coming in as yet not mentioned ... ... I've been told, yet again, we're looking at a player from France but I've not seen anything whatsoever to back that up ... ... I think the lad's winding me up but I'd have thought he has better things to do
Going to Everton will probably increase his chances of him coming here. Are we still after him like? Weve getting Broadhead havnt we?
There was a suggestion the club wanted to get all of our season's business done in this window so it's less disruptive. If that's the case I think we'd still take Jebbison but there's Broadhead to consider now as well. If Grigg could be eradicated it would make things clearer.

I'm trying to remain polite but the situation really winds me up. The player is a disgrace imo. Fair enough he doesn't want to be here but at least pretend to be interested or take an offer and go FFS.
