Decent win against a very physical side. Next game will be completely different and involve more skill than force.

****ing 70's alehouse team. Should have brought on Nat and Milner today when it got to two-nil simply to kick as many of the ****ers as possible. That Barnes is John Fashinu with a combover.

A good win against a team of right swines to play against and who we always have trouble playing. Klopp is right: their tactics are dirty and this policy by referees to keep the play flowing, that's all very well but it can result in nasty injuries

There were times yesterday when the game descended into a parody of some of those never-ending, pointless fight scenes in the latter John Wick films. The irony is one of Dyche's own hard-knock players who'd been part of the rotational fowling on Elliott was the one who spent the most time on the floor trying to convince the ref that a collision with Tsmiktas and a subsequent flexed arm was actually some sort of assault. Presumably, old-school-tough-as-boots-non-complaining Dyche and his jack-in-the-box bench gave him a right dressing down at halftime. Or maybe not.....

Letting the game flow wasn't a issue, not having the bollox to book players was!

Get in! I despise Burnley with a passion - from the players, to the manager. everything about them is just about ****housery. Constantly moaning about not getting any decisions when in fact, they get away with so many tough challenges.

So glad we beat those w*nkers. Last season, we would have been bullied and definitely conceded. Now, I'm not saying it was a perfect defensive display but having Matip, VVD and Allison at the back just gave me so much confidence. We pretty much dealt with all of their threats - Matip and VVD aren't to be bullied.

Not a vintage performance but we played some excellent football at times and we really controlled the 2nd half (apart from the last 5-10 mins). And we will get even better once Fabinho is back and Hendo is fully fit.
