Our postman has just delivered our season tickets. Nothing flash as in the past just a simple envelope. Is this the new normal?
My parents have received theirs today too. Talk about cutting it fine and creating needless stress for people.
Well mine arrived two minutes ago. In Glasgow. Now all I have to do is somehow get them to Southampton by tomorrow in order to avoid having a very disappointed nephew. It's piss poor.
The letter sort of refers to the “box & bits” being late. Sounds like they were waiting to despatch all together but got let down & had to go to Plan B (Ralph, are you reading) & seems they got sorted; just. Box to be delivered later?
Reads like typical Saints. Premium prices for dogshit quality - Whether it is the football, the customer service, the ticket office, the catering. I know that’s top level sport in general, but Saints must be one of the worst. Certainly many away trips have offered a better experience than St Mary’s in recent times. I just imagine their ‘customer experience’ meetings probably boil down to how much they can inflate the price of the ‘Exclusive Gasworks Experience Package’ for the season and how much extra they can charge for a red seat. Give it a couple of years and we will probably see the introduction of American style ‘ticket licenses’ whereby you need to purchase the right to purchase your season ticket.
I'm in Wimborne, well Colehill really. Nothing in the post this morning. This will be my last year as a season ticket holder due to my wife's desire to buy a place in bloody wales. Would've been nice just to get the ruddy ticket before the season started.

Would a screen print of the QR code work at the turnstiles? Then you just need to go into your photos or use it as a screensaver maybe.
Me too. nothing in post. Cant get through to ticket office on phone. Absolute shambles. Really glad I also spent money on a non existent parking ticket too.
Apparently it depends on when you bought/renewed your ST. After a certain date (in July I think) and you won't get it and will need a paper ticket for Sunday.
I'm waiting on two. Postie has been and gone. Hope the ticket office isn't too mental on Sunday. The idea of a ST is to avoid the ****ing ticket office saga
Just heard from a mate who rarely goes and he has received someone else’s season ticket in the post! You couldn’t make it up! Glad I went mobile and got mine months ago
