    Done mate... Was under 3.5 hrs for what should've been 1.5. The Dr said unfortunately he couldn't do what he could have if not for the previous butchering.( he said there were bits all over the place) He said I have huge pecs, so it'll still look very good and he's done his best and I beleive him.. This guy wasn't cheap and the difference from the last one was incredible Just another mistake to add to the list of many..

    Below might be common sense, but there's other idiots out there like me so take Heed( not you I get the impression you're a clever bloke)

    1. Don't do steroids
    2. Don't assume anything surgical is simple and pick the cheap option.
    3. You get what you pay for and that rule applies more so than ever when you're dealing with someone cutting you open with knives.

    Aye mate, anyone seeking cosmetic surgery should do their research on the bloke who’s going to be wielding the knife. I’m sure it’s an area where you largely do get what you pay for, and an op under general should never be taken lightly. Personally I know of a few people who’ve been to a place in Budapest for teeth implants and come away happy & having saved a fortune compared to UK prices. But I can’t think of anyone who’s been east for a cosmetic op and been pleased with the outcome.

    I heard that @Albert's Chip Shop was very happy with his gender reassignment surgery in Bangkok two years ago. Although judging by his recent posting history they didn't remove the entire dick.
