Unpleasant facts: Peterborough have won 16 of our 28 meetings. We have won 6 and only once at their place. In 2009 we were 4.0 up away. Drew 4.4 with them scoring their last 2 in the last 2 minutes. 2011 3.2 up and lost 4.3. Again they scored last 2 right at the end of the game. I think it was this one where I turned on to the Sarn bypass with us 3.2 up. By the time I had got to the motorway roundabout by Sainsbury, 1/2 mile away, we had lost 4.3. I see they won on Saturday, scoring their 2 winning goals in added time. Hope history doesn't repeat tonight.
History it’s just all history. What happened in the past is neither here nor there. That’s me putting a positive spin on our trip tonight
Here's a more positive spin again. If Millwall do a number tonight on visiting Fulham (a point will do), we could be top of the division tonight......
You're right from team shown on BBC Live Scores but I quoted from WoL on City's website which came out 10 minutes or so earlier. Scissors, paper, stone to see who is right?
Evening gents .... not feeling hopeful for tonights game .... so will probably go into hiding later But thanks for the reminder of one of my favourite games ever ... 2009. I was one of the few Posh fans who stayed till the final whistle
I thought Moore would start too. Collins to rough 'em up and Moore to come on and pick up the pieces.
Not much goal mouth action, 3.2 to them on shots. None on target. We're kicking lumps off them though. 12 fouls to their 4 with Flint and Trigger booked.
Abysmal 45 by City. Collins & Bacuna are passengers. Nothing from midfield. One great ball from Bagan to Flint and that’s about it. Rookie ref having a mare.Booked 2 City players for a blatant foul on Pack! MM needs to ring the changes!
