It is a bitch though mate, I was KO'd for 24 hours. The arm didn't ache tbh but suffered massive fatigue and the sweats, like death warmed up.

sounds like you were hungover.

 

I had mine around 5pm and it kicked in the next morning. I was feeling something that night but just thought I was tired. But by mid-morning next day I knew it was a wrongun.
