As @Saff has posted already Les was a Tottenham fan who posted on this forum <rose>

COVID-19: Devastated family's plea after death of lawyer who refused to get coronavirus vaccine
Leslie Lawrenson's family said he had a "misguided" belief that because he was in his 50s with no known underlying health conditions, his body could fend off the virus naturally.

I had it, only got cleared last Thursday.

I’m double vaxed and it was still pretty heavy, the sweats and muscle pains were horrific at times, and even now I feel sick after I eat.

Intermittent loss of breath was a killer, I’d just be sat there then felt like I was being clamped, and the dehydration in the morning, felt nowt like it.

I can’t imagine how bad I’d have been of the vaccines have lessened the symptoms. It was ****ing awful.

Sounds nasty mate. I came out of isolation on Sat just gone. Double vaxxed and it felt like a mid bout of 'flu

Dehydration was a massive thing - felt like I'd been on an all dayer every morning I woke up

Aye every morning mate was grim. Like I’d been swallowing bog rolls, not a drop of moisture in me. Was going through 2-3 bottles of water a day to try and counteract it, made no difference.

I never got a cough but even now today I’m periodically wretching up massive balls of snot and such. Still sleep as owt and still feel ill for half hour after every meal.

It’s not a fun thing at all.

Took the Sinovac on the 3rd, it could have been coconut water for all I know, no after effects at all. get AZ on 30th. Commiserations to everyone who has had adverse reactions, hope they have cleared up.
I spoke to a doctor before the jab, he said I didn't have to take it, I could wait, but didn't know when another vaccine would be available, so I thought, advice from Not606ers, anything is better than nothing, especially after reading about the deaths of anti-vaccers.

Not a big poster but obsessive lurker! Succumbed to the virus last week despite double vacs! Had to shelve a week up north and missed the match. Apart from feeling grim worst bit for me was cramp! Cramp of the tongue! Our wonderful club repaid me ticket and I'm now going to respond and order my season ticket. Feel tons better today!

Aye, the fatigue lasts a while. I was working 7-5, then sleeping for a couple of hours, getting up for food then back to bed for a 10 hour kip. It's starting to wear off.....

Aye I’m a 7 hour guy generally sleep wise, couple days was like 13-14 hours and still was needing a nap afternoon. Still feeling the need for a nap around tea time, I’m not a napper at all usually.

I feel like it’s clearing now but it’s dragged on, really isn’t pleasant is it? I essentially threw up a ball of snot last night which was pleasant but does seem to have helped with the dehydration, wasn’t bad this morning and I’ve managed an hour in gym, arms still feel way weak but that’s understandable

we actually received this alert from our SPV, they are a nationwide asset management company. What the **** is wrong with people, protesting for their rights, then not allowing people to do what they think is right. Hypocritical ****ers

Below is an extract from an email received from Community Health Partnerships providing the detail:

We have been made aware of these Anti Face Mask posters being installed at some sites and have also been informed that Anti-Vaccination posters have been put up in areas near to or on vaccinations centres that contain HIDDEN RAZOR BLADES. Media sources are reporting increasing numbers of people who whilst removing both types of these offending posters, are being injured by razor blades glued to the backs of them.

With the anti-vaccination movement being so active, it is reasonable to take precautionary measures at any site where unauthorised material is erected. As such can you advise your teams without delay that they may well come across these materials and that they should not undertake the removal but raise a job on the helpdesk. To ensure the safety of our partners, I would also request that you advise your LIFTCo contacts of the potential risks from these unauthorised materials so that they can inform the FM teams to take precautionary measures when removing them.

We haven’t received formal communication from NVOC, however we wanted to ensure that this message is cascaded out to all of your sites URGENTLY to avoid staff being hurt”
