Another Mag with a tremendously hilarious post. The ****as make Joey Essex look like a Mensa graduate.

I reckon there’s a high chance the club would go under with that clown in charge. He probably would have spent a fair bit by begging and borrowing with no way to pay back.

He also appears to be spending money on tidying the place up, I doubt he would bother if he regrets being here.

We should go out and spend a few million on a player. That'll get us promoted.

I still have faith that we will get enough good players in to challenge for top two.
It is frustrating that things are going slowly.
But I reckon the team @RTB has suggested in the match thread is good enough to beat anyone in this league. It is division 3 after all.
Just pray that nobody gets injured until reinforcements arrive.

If the right players become available at the right price then I’m sure we will be in for them. We will not be spending money just to appease fans though.

Not being rude mate but all this endless repetition, of the same stuff, is tedious beyond belief.

Ffs the last thing we need is the scatman explaining the situation.

Where have you been hiding? You actually seem pretty decent compared to some of these new posters

Without some of the new posters this place would be as dead as the Mag board with the same half dozen people repeating the same drivel.

This is a generally lively forum where people can post opinions without being jumped on.

If 'old posters' aren't making a contribution they can't really complain about the content..

Yeah i agree. We need the best of both worlds then because theres too many newbies coming on here and spouting off like theyve been here years and acting like they would on that other site.
I admit ive enjoyed some of the other lads contributions though

We can have different opinions mate and hopefully we can keep it civil which I think we both have done with each other.

Absolutely mate, different opinions is what keeps boards like this going.
Theres posters that take it too far though and i bite more than i probably should, mainly because i know in person itd be a different story

TBH Tees, I get tired of people talking about the good old days when the board was 'so much better' and the 'old guard' kept the place going.

Things change and 'the old guard' barely bother posting about football these days.

A board is a reflection of the people posting and you can't change that by hoping the board becomes the way you want it.

At the end of the day this is an open forum and not our own private space.

Yeah true mate, i remember this board was down to the bare bones before all these new posters, i think the huge influx has over awed me abit and i cant stand posters with "new member", on their profile giving me sh#t. Maybes i need to reajust better i dont know?

Theres also posters like #one gary owers commenting sh#t remarks on a thread i do about my lads. Something ive always done since they were born 8 years ago?

Most of our posters, old and new, are decent people ....

... there'll always be the odd exception.

to be honest marra, i cannot remember you being abusive to anyone unless it was in retort (mind, my memory is sh1te)...but, and you basically admit this yourself so i am not having a go here, you can come across a wee bit 'abrasive' but i like to think some of us are old enough to realise we can have alternating opinions, we can have the odd little dig at each other without being complete dicks about it.

i reckon me and thee could have a 'discussion' over a pint or ten, fail to actually agree on a damn thing, finish the night with a hug and do the self same thing straight after the next game...but we have to make allowances for some of those who are from a different generation, i stem from a time when we called a spade a spade which for some reason these days gets you called a bigoted racist knuckle dragging @rsehole.

i can see your worries and share them to some degree, i just prefer to take a different view these days and chill more, hoping it will all turn out right in the end. ;)

Yes i agree what you say about me mate, im an absolute nightmare if i get a bee in my bonnet but if we were discussing things in a pub or anywhere else in person you'd see im not being angry or aggressive, we'd actually have a few laughs inbetween..
I think i probably put myself across in a different way on here and people get a bad impression about me. Personally i dont really care though to be honest because to me its a fans forum where we all create a Username and speak about our club online.
If people get personal towards me or my lads i see Red though and i take it personally. I know its more fool me, i can't help the way i am though.
