I swear to god I see a lot of ITK and actual jurnos report stuff I see on here a few days after, sighting "sources". If only they knew this board is akin to a crack house the majority of the time and on the sauce, not "a source".

If this was an actual place we met to discuss it'd be in worse shape than the SJP bogs. Graffiti all over, **** up the walls, piss on the floor and some nutter in the corner trying to see inside a petrol can with a box of matches.

I saw the ODT rumour on Twitter before it appeared on here so not sure where it originated

I haven't either I assume it was mouth because I blocked him ages ago

 

Well it wasn’t so much a rumour that said it had started, some one tweeted saying ‘imagine if it had started in the background and was suddenly announced’ sort of implying it

 

That was that Sean Casey who has basically got **** all right.

Let’s say hypothetically the Twitter rumours are true, they say that the O&DT has started again ‘with a view to bypassing rule F1.1.1

Rule F1.1.1 is:
Disqualifying Events
F.1.
A Person shall be disqualified from acting as a Director and no Club shall be permitted to have any Person acting as a Director of that Club if:
F.1.1. he/she has been found by a Commission to have acted in breach of Rules B.24, or L.9;


I don’t understand how that could be bypassed?

 

I do find it amusing

 

They've just realised it could happen that way at some point without any leaks, so they've taken a punt and if it occurs they'll say they told us.

Rule 1.1.1 - Effectively assesses whether a person is a person of significant control. Not sure how that can be bypassed unless a compromise has been reached.
