This is something that has bothered me for over 50 years, no matter who is in power we hear of "cabinet re-shuffles" where the minister for defence is now the minister for education and the minister for foreign affairs is now the minister for agriculture.
What the **** is that about and what do they know about the subjects <laugh>

Have you not watched Yes Minister

The Right Honourable Members of Parliament are merely figureheads to be shuffled or sacked at will, the country is and always will be run by the Civil Service apart from when we are at war when the PM appears to take complete control
