    I've just finished this book by West Indies cricketing legend, Michael Holding (in conversation with the likes of Usain Bolt, Thierry Henry, Naomi Osaka, Michael Johnson etc), and quite honestly, it's one of the most fascinating, enlightening and important books I've ever read regarding the question of racism - and the 'how' and mostly 'why' of racism.

    Fortunately the vast majority of people I know wouldn't consider themselves at all racist. This book is for you.

    In fact, this book is for absolutely everyone. Black, white, all colours and cultures. I implore you to get a copy and read it.
    It's caused me to think hard, to hold a mirror up, and mostly to really begin to understand.
    Go get it.
