Maybe it is, but it's the Gov, how long will that take?! Football should be a simple pleasure; as if Ashley/Bruce hadn't already ****ed the life out of the club, we're being asked to hang around for months or years watching a strangled corpse aim for 17th in the corrupt PL, in the vain hope that something might happen one day. I guess my tolerance for this punishment has simply run out.
But is that set in stone? Can the PL not fight against its implementation? And how long will it take to happen? PIF won't stick around forever, that's the catch. There's also the big risk - again - of relegation.
It'll go through before arbitration.. The buyers are probably pissed off and determined. Just my view
I doubt it will make a difference to now. The PL won't have a choice if it is encased in legislation.
This will stop external interference. It should in theory restore confidence, but how long will it be?
