Totally get where you’re coming from but take a 16 year old lad having sex with his 15 year old girlfriend. Then take a guy of any age having any kind of sexual contact or even viewing images of a 6,7,8,9 year old. One crime is far worse but both get called the same.

I’m not condoning Gyfil if it is him, I just think it’s best for the facts to come out first.

I have a friend, she used to work sex crimes, she always said we ought to have different categories of offence, as in murder/manslaughter.

Glory hung himself Narcos. Remember it was Leeds60 who got banned for those exchanges in the early days. Served his ban and came back with dignity. Didn't come back with any hidden agenda and hasn't been involve in any heated arguments since. But I agree that naming someone before he is actually arrested for the offence is dangerous.<ok>

I actually agree with all of that to be honest, it was more a tongue in cheek example of the power (and dangers) when things are posted on line.

At least 50% of the names posted yesterday are innocent - can you imagine living with that?

What is the legal Age of Consent in countries in Europe?
In Europe, the age of consent is the legal age at which an individual is considered mature enough to consent to sex. Sexual relations with someone under the Age of Consent are considered statutory rape, and can result in severe punishment under local laws.

The lowest age of consent in Europe is 14, and the highest age of consent in Europe is 18. For more information and a map, see age of consent laws around the world. Click on any country in the table below for details on the local age of consent.

I agree with you. Could this loose talk predudice a trial. The sooner the details are released (if there is anything to release) the better. Unfortunately this is another of the bad things about fb and twatter. Chinese whispers I think they call it. <ok>

Have you seen Wiggy’s WhatsApp profile picture?

It’s like a scene out of Quadrophenia mate. Makes me so, so proud to see the inner mod emerge from that dirty old leather jacket he got off the market :emoticon-0148-yes:

Apparently tens of thousands of people named Fabian Delph wrongly yesterday (so, in other words it was all over Twitter). Newspapers now saying statement issued to confirm he is entirely innocent.

My mind boggles at the desperation to start / share an unfounded story. This is a young mans life we are talking about.

It shouldn't have got out in the public domain in the first place. Only leads to unfounded rumours and speculation.

At least wait until if/when it goes to court.
