I’m having a bad night. Jesus, I honestly am. First I agree with Tash, now I’m agreeing with Chippy. Next I’ll be spell checking Pouchy’s next venture of writing a trilogy about Rafa’s time at Newcastle. I’ve tried to think it through and if it was a joint application to adjourn I can’t see why especially if it is said to be about disclosure that Ashley would agree. Newcastle may be thinking that there was evidence not being disclosed which was important but then we are back to the arbitration being solely about separation. What evidence would the PL be able not to disclose that would be crucial on that issue? I just can’t see it. The other option is as Tel hinted at that a settlement is being worked upon and more time was needed to firm up all the details with the arbitration not being cancelled but being kept as a safety net should the settlement not be able to be fully agreed. At least that makes some sense. Anyway I’m off to drown my sorrows at agreeing with Tash and Chippy in one night and before I start on spell checking Pouchy’s trilogy.
